Having difficulties blocking BitComet ports?

That's not surprising. Although many other file sharing programs use port 1214 as a starting point and then switch ports from there, Bitcomet can use any port. According to recognised sources - "BitComet chooses a random port to listen on when you install it" but another source says that " the default ports are TCP 6881 - 6999". Also, as part of the configuation, BitComet users can select their own port number.

So because your users can choose which ports BitComet uses, you are going to be fighting a losing battle as they stay one step ahead.

Block BitComet effectively with TerminatorX v2
